Reese is an integral part of the Topsail M&A team overseeing multiple M&A transactions simultaneously. Coordinates the flow of information ensuring that key milestones are met according to deadlines. Organizes and manages the due diligence process, ensuring all necessary financial, legal, and operational information is gathered, analyzed, and shared between the buyer and seller.  Serves as the chief point of contact for clients, providing updates on deal progress and addressing any questions or concerns that arise throughout the process. Assists the Advisors regarding key transaction documents, including letters of intent (LOI), purchase agreements, and closing documents. Manages the virtual data room, ensuring it is kept up to date with all required documents and that access is properly controlled.  Ensuring that all aspects of the deal adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Coordinaties the final stages of the deal, including scheduling closing meetings, ensuring all documentation is in place, and managing any final negotiations. Acts as the project manager of the transaction, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time, supporting both the internal team and external clients.
