Mark Griffin is an accomplished professional with expertise in commercial investment brokerage, business mergers and acquisitions, and land development. With a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Clemson University, specializing in real estate development, land planning, and business, Mark has established himself as a leader in the field. Currently serving as the President and Managing Principal of SperryCGA-Griffin Partners, an affiliate of the esteemed Sperry Commercial Global, he oversees operations across their extensive network of 65 offices in the US and abroad.

Additionally, Mark founded Topsail Capital Advisors, a specialized firm providing guidance to privately held businesses with commercial real estate and business sell-side transactions. His extensive credentials include the prestigious Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designation, recognized by FINRA, and the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. These certifications reflect his dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards and staying at the forefront of industry practices.

Actively engaged in professional associations, Mark is a member of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AAMA), further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field.
