Jessica is a pivotal member of the TCA team, serving as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Her responsibilities encompass various crucial aspects of the transaction process, including delivering valuations, coordinating due diligence, and facilitating communication between sell and buy side advisors, as well as maintaining all databases. Jessica also provides vital support to advisors and analysts by assisting with financial modeling, preparing client teasers and CIM packages, and managing client receivables. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to efficiency are instrumental in ensuring seamless operations throughout the entire transaction lifecycle. With her expertise and dedication, Jessica plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and results to clients. Jessica holds a BS from Clemson University and is originally from Wilmington, North Carolina.
